These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and abjee ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at abjee.io. abjee may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, or address. Requested documents typically include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail verification or where age eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending review. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) abjee account only. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, abjee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances — including deposited funds — pending further investigation.

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration data is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party. abjee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account Currency: All abjee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Taka. No currency conversion is applied by abjee.
• Contact Information: You must keep your registered mobile number and email address current. abjee uses these contact details for security verification, withdrawal processing, and important account communications.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting abjee support. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

abjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to selected Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment accounts used must be registered in the same legal name as the abjee account holder.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your wallet.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) Bangladesh business hours to reflect.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Verification: abjee applies wallet name-matching verification to all withdrawal requests. Requests where the destination account name does not match the registered account name will be declined pending identity clarification.
• Third-Party Payments: abjee does not accept deposits from, or process withdrawals to, accounts held in a name different from the registered account holder. Any deposits received from third-party accounts will be refunded and the originating transaction flagged for review.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Method: abjee operates an anti-money-laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.

abjee offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the time the promotion is communicated. The following general bonus rules apply to all abjee promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not utilised within the stated period are automatically forfeited. Expiry periods are stated at bonus issuance and are not extendable.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotional offer once only, unless the offer is explicitly designated as a recurring or weekly promotion.

Where abuse is detected, abjee reserves the right to void the bonus, void all associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
• abjee's Discretion: abjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are offered as a goodwill gesture and do not constitute a contractual obligation beyond the stated terms at the time of issue.

All bets placed on the abjee platform are governed by the general betting rules below, supplemented by sport-specific, game-specific, and event-specific rules available within each relevant section of the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with all applicable rules before placing a bet.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once abjee's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets in a pending or unconfirmed state are not binding on abjee.
• Errors & Technical Faults: In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect price, odds, or payout to be displayed, abjee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet.
• Live Betting: In-play bets on cricket, football, and other live markets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. abjee is not liable for delays in odds transmission caused by network latency or third-party data feed interruptions.
• Casino Games: All casino games, including live dealer tables sourced from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and other certified providers, are governed by their respective provider rules in addition to these Terms.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the outcome cannot be determined. In such cases, stakes are returned in full to the player's wallet.
• Maximum Payout: abjee applies maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abjee platform:

• Registering or operating more than one abjee account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading identity, age, address, or payment information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic system to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or bonus-harvesting strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using the abjee platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at abjee staff or other players through any communication channel provided by abjee.

• abjee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.
• abjee is not liable for losses attributable to third-party payment provider delays, network outages, or force majeure events.
• abjee's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits abjee's liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

abjee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at abjee.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. abjee uses your data to provide and improve the platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. abjee does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with verified payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services strictly necessary for platform operations.

abjee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the abjee website. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus rules — abjee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
